As we look toward 1999 we fully expect to see another busy year for our organization, as growth will continue.  Major issues such as annexation, exploring options for our utility system, attempting to deal with the pent-up needs of our community, and addressing the pressure for expanded facilities, will be front and centre on our collective agendas.
