- facilitating of effective corporate meetings through agenda building, procedural advise and minutes of Council and its Committees.
- delivering communication and marketing products and services to foster community awareness and engagement.
- managing records to guarantee access to information and protection of privacy.
- providing legislative guidance.
- providing administrative support for common corporate services.
- conducting municipal census.
