County of Grande Prairie concerning the Grande Prairie Airport, #C-982

PRAIRIE
BY-LAW
C-982
A By-law of the
City of Grande Prairie
to approve an agreement with the
County of Grande Prairie
WHEREAS:
A. The City has agreed to
own, manage, operate and maintain the Grande Prairie Airport
effective 0:00 hours on February 1, 1997;
B. The City is desirous of
passing a by-law to be known as "Grande Prairie Airport Business
Operating and Parking By-Law";
C. The Grande Prairie
Airport is located within the County of Grande Prairie;
and
D. The Municipal
Government Act (Alberta) requires the City and the County to
agree that the said by-law of the City has effect within the County
of Grande Prairie;
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRANDE PRAIRIE, DULY ASSEMBLED, ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the agreement between the
City of Grande Prairie and the County of Grande Prairie No. 1,
which is attached as Schedule "A", be entered into.
2. This By-law shall take effect on
the day of final passing thereof.
