RANDOM LINE-UP TICKET PROCEDURE

CRYSTAL CENTRE BOX OFFICE

The purpose of the random line-up ticket procedure is to ensure that all customers have the same chance of being first in line, eliminating the need to 'camp out'.  This procedure assists in ensuring customer safety and provides for more effective crowd management.

·         No camping or loitering before 60 minutes prior to the published on-sale time. For example, if on-sale time is 10:00 am then loitering should not occur before 9:00 am. (Security may be in place to ensure this does not happen)

·         Random number tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE and MAY NOT BE SOLD.  To do so will automatically revoke the right to purchase event tickets.

·         Every person in the random line-up must have a random number ticket.  Only one random number ticket per person.

·         A random number ticket does NOT guarantee you an event ticket, only a place in line.

·         Between 60 minutes and 30 minutes before the on-sale time, each person, age 12 years and over, will be given one random number ticket in numerical order.  For example, if on-sale time is 10:00 am, random number tickets will be distributed between 9:00 am – 9:30 am

·         The stub portion of the random number ticket will be collected and placed in a box with all other random number ticket stubs.

·         Random number tickets will not be issued after 30 minutes before the on-sale.

·         A person in line will draw a random number ticket stub from the box containing the stub portions.  The number drawn becomes the “start number” for the line-up.

·         Each person will then line up in numerical order behind the start number.  For example, if #28 were chosen, the line-up would start with #28, followed by #29, #30, #31, etc.  Random number ticket #27 would be the last spot in line.

·         When the starting number is drawn, stay in your place in line and follow the person in front of you. The line will be shifted accordingly.

·         Random number tickets will be drawn no later than 15 minutes prior to the on sale time.  If you arrive after this draw has taken place, take your position in the “late line”.  Customers in the late line will be served once all random number ticket holders have been served.

Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction.
