Tickets can be picked up at the Crystal Centre Box Office by the registered credit card holder ONLY. Please ensure you have the credit card you used to purchase your tickets and valid government issued photo identification.

Monday - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Tuesday - 8:30 am to 3:00 pm tickets may be purchased in person, on line or by telephone. From 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm the telephone lines are not available and all tickets may be purchased on line or in person.
Wednesday - Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Monday we are closed for the long weekend
September 1 & 2, 2010 the Crystal Centre Box Office has scheduled an upgrade to its ticketing system. Unfortunately, we won't be able to sell or print any tickets during this time either in person, over the phone or internet.
