At this time, the City does not have any property for sale.

 

Land Group

Land Group is a cross-sectional group of City staff that:

  • Primarily manages the inventory and use of some City owned land parcels
  • Resolves or makes recommendations on marketing issues
  • Completes reports to committee and applications for designation
  • Develops procedures/processes/guides for land acquisition
  • Resolves or makes recommendations on leasing of land
  • The core group members meet on a monthly basis

  • Consultation regarding Land Policy & Procedures

  • Any request for temporary structures (signs, tents, etc.) on city owned land are considered to be Land Use items
