Land Group is a cross-sectional group of City staff that:
- Primarily manages the inventory and use of some City owned land parcels
- Resolves or makes recommendations on marketing issues
- Completes reports to committee and applications for designation
- Develops procedures/processes/guides for land acquisition
- Resolves or makes recommendations on leasing of land
- The core group members meet on a monthly basis
