No Smoking Bylaw:

As a result of the Alberta Smoke-Free Places Act coming into effect, the City of Grande Prairie No-Smoking Bylaw has been repealed in favour of adopting the provincial standards.  By appointment of the Solicitor General's office, Enforcement Services officers are responsible for enforcing the Smoke-Free Places Act in Grande Prairie.
