The City of Grande Prairie Human Resources Team is a self-managed team and our team sponsor is the City Manager. Ours is not a traditional Human Resource model. Grande Prairie is a progressive city, known for its commitment to action, sense of excitement and foresight. Our HR Model and self-managed team concept enables us to support the goals of the organization and create a flexible culture with strong values alignment - our benchmark for providing excellence in customer service, making decisions and working together.
