Registration Information and Refund Policy

We are Registration Central offering 4 other easy ways to register:
Mail-In, Walk-In, Phone-In, or Fax (780) 538-0455

Registrations are done on a first-come, first-serve basis and spaces are limited so register early to avoid disappointment.  With the exception of the Junior Lifeguard Club, full payment is required at the time of the registration.

REFUND POLICY: Once the registration deadline for programs passes, refunds will not be issued except for medical reasons accompanied by a doctor's certificate. Refunds will be pro-rated when the program is already in progress. If you must withdraw from a program prior to the registration deadline listed in the brochure, you will be refunded in one of two ways:

1. If you paid by credit card, a reversal of the transaction will occur

2. If you paid cash/cheque/interac, you will have a credit applied to your account in your database which can be used for future programs; you may request that a refund cheque be issued if you are moving out of the area. Cheques take approximately 10 days to be precessed.

please note: a $5 administration fee will be charged on all program withdraws initiated by the client. Programs that are cancelled by the City will be refunded fully by one of the two methods outlined above.

Call (780) 538-0455 for more information on registering, refunds, and cancellation policy.
