Complaints will be accepted only if they contain the following:

• Nature of the problem
• When it is occurring (example: mornings, weekends, specific times, and/or days)
• The municipal address of where the problem is occurring
• If it is regarding parking concerns:
  • how many vehicles
  • a description of each vehicle
• Your full name, address, and a contact number (your personal information will be withheld from the offender(s) that you indicate)
