Contract documents can be obtained from the City of Grande Prairie Purchasing Department (10205 - 98th Street, Grande Prairie), upon payment of $100.00 deposit (refundable), in cash or certified cheque made payable to the City of Grande Prairie, and are available on May 11, 2009 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Deposit will be refunded upon return of documents unmarked and in good condition, within 14 days of tender closing.
Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque payable to the City of Grande Prairie for ten per cent (10%) of the tender price, or Bid Bond in the same amount. Also, to ensure consideration of the tender, each tender must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety as required by the Contract Documents.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
