Getting Funding
The City of Grande Prairie’s Pursuit of Excellence Committee is proud to support local elite athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers developing their skills in programs in and around the City of Grande Prairie by providing grant funding for travel and development and scholarship funding.
The Arts Development Fund is designed to support and encourage the development of local artists and provide scholarships to developing artists to assist in taking them to the next level of development, expression, or performance.
Both of these funding opportunities were made possible by the legacy left from the 1995 Canada Winter Games.
