Residential Work Zones MapTo better understand how we rotate through the City neighbourhoods, please take a look at our Residential Work Zones map

During the winter months, daily updates on where we are presently working will be provided on this website.

Please be patient as we move through the City. We'll get to your street. Depending on the amount of snow we get, clearing one neighbourhood can take from 2 days to more than a week.

Arterial and collector roads and bus routes that run through neighbourhoods will still be cleared on a priority basis. This is separate work from our residential snow and ice control work.

Watch for Signs

Snow Removal Sign

Temporary signs will be erected in the neighborhoods prior to the crew's arrival. To let us get our work done quickly and effectively, please make sure your vehicles are off the road when the signs are out in your area.

Thank you for your cooperation.
