'The Multiplex'
Aquatics and Wellness Multiplex - Opening July 2011
Take part in the thrill of Grande Prairie's largest and 'funnest' new facility, opening July of 2011, in the Community Knowledge Campus. The Multiplex will join the already existing Coca-Cola Centre, St. Joseph High School and the Gymniks Gymnastic Club to become one of Canada's largest recreational and education facilities. Providing over 450,000 sq feet of entertainment!
The Multiplex will meet the needs of a growing community as well as the entire region. It will provide accessible recreational, health and wellness, and sport development opportunties for everyone in the Peace Country. The Multiplex will provide a vital component to Grande Prairie as a key asset for tourism and para-medical practitioning programs for our region. The Aquatics and Wellness Multiplex will be a destination location for people everywhere as they come to participate in National and International level competitions at a world class facility.
