Finally Grande Prairie will enjoy a world class field house/ community gyms. The facility will feature an indoor walking/running track, seating for major events, and much much more.

Lease Spaces

An integral part of the common and shared CKC space, to be constructed in conjunction with the Field House/Aquatics & Wellness Centre.

We envision the facility hosting several lease spaces ranging from healthy fast food choices, a family restaurant, possibly a community police station, sporting goods, sports physiotherapy and more. We've had great interest from business that want to be a part of the 3000 students and staff that will be onsite weekdays - and thousands of weekly users as well.

We will be seeking private partnership for vendors and or developers. Our provincial government is keen to see public and private dollars working together. Yes - P3 - Private Public Partnership.
