Listing Your Community Group

The City of Grande Prairie is pleased to provide non-profit community groups and organizations the opportunity to profile their organization on the City web site. Your group can have a presence on the City’s website by utilizing one of the following opportunities:

  • A free link to your website
  • A one-page Community Profile

A Community Profile follows a standard layout that allows users to easily review information on your group.  Each profile is available at a cost of $25.00 annually with a $75.00 set up fee.

To be listed under the Community Groups section of the City’s web site, all organizations must meet the following guidelines:

  1. the applicant shall be a registered Society or non-profit organization
  2. provides services and/or information that would be of interest and benefit to the community
  3. the applicant shall be a non-governmental, non-political or non-religious group
  4. it does not represent interests in offensive subject matter
  5. the City will not include an organization or group simply because it is requested
  6. commercial ventures of non-profit groups would be excluded from web pages
