What Interagency is

Open Door Cafe (formerly known as Community Interagency and Salad Social): The United Way Alberta Northwest, the Community Foundation of Northwestern Alberta and Community Social Development (CSD) are excited to announce a joint initiative. This new initiative is an integration of the CSD Interagency and the United Way’s Salad Social, bringing agencies together to network and partner. The three partners have been discussing changes and how to better collaborate in the community and this is the first step in creating a collaborative effort.
Meetings will be held every first Thursday of the month. 11:45am-1:15pm. Location will be announced on the poster.

Youth Interagency is held every second Wednesday of the month, from September to June each year.
Youth Interagency is held over the lunch hour, from 12pm to 1pm at Community Social Development: 10030-102 Avenue, the Old Firehall.

Interagency is essential to learn what other agencies are doing, to promote what your programs are doing, and provides e-mail communication between agencies regarding events, employment opportunities, or new services.

Terms of Reference/Guidelines
