If you need City-branded merchandise, please email the Citizen Contact Centre at citizencontactcentre@cityofgp.com.

We have access to City pins that can be requested in person at City Hall in amounts smaller than 15. For larger quantities, please send an email to the Citizen Contact Centre. City-branded merchandise can be requested by community organizations; however, availability of stock may be limited at time of request. All requests should be made a minimum of 4-6 weeks in advance of the time where such City-branded merchandise will be needed.

As per our current sponsorship policy (Policy # 111), amounts over 400 pins must be accompanied by a completed sponsorship application in the e-mail. However this policy is currently being reviewed so those quantities are being reviewed. There will be an update to this FAQ as soon as the policy review is completed.


Q: How do I apply for sponsorship for my event?
A:
The City of Grande Prairie has a policy in place to manage sponsorship requests. Policy 112 outlines all the requirements to apply for funding, however, amounts over $2,000.00 must be approved by Council. An application form can be found in the Policy section of the website.
