Revolution Place and Crystal Catering work hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Our alcohol policies are listed below and are not limited to:
Animals are not permitted in Revolution Place with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.
There are 5 ATM's located in Revolution Place. Three (3) in the main lobby, one (1) on the east end main floor and one (1) on the south side concourse.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are located in the women's & men's washrooms in the main lobby; as well as in the Southeast women's washroom in Revolution Arena.
Revolution Place prohibits backpacks and over sized bags from being brought into the building. All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.
BANNERS & SIGNS
Signs and banners shall be allowed within the venue as long as they fall within the following guidelines:
NOTE: Some events prohibit banners, signs and sticks of any type.
BOTTLES, CANS, COOLERS, LIQUID CONTAINERS Bottles, cans or beverage containers of any kind are not allowed into Revolution Place. A search may be conducted at the doors to prevent these and other prohibited items from entering the building.

CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES
IPADS/tablets, video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices, professional cameras (i.e. any camera with a detachable lens or the lens extends more than 5 inches off the camera and cannot fit into any standard clothing pocket) are not permitted. Video and audio materials confiscated will be asked to be deleted. Individual events have the right to revoke this policy without prior notification.
In rare circumstances, an event at Revolution Place may be postponed or cancelled. For information on postponed or cancelled events contact Revolution Place Box Office 780-538-0387. For cancelled events, ticket refunds are available at point of purchase, up to sixty days after the show date.
CARRY IN AND CONTRABAND ITEMS
The following items are not permitted in Revolution Place:
CODE OF CONDUCT
Fan courtesy is an important element of enjoyment at Revolution Place and we request all guests be respectful of others around them. Any guest who interferes with the enjoyment of another individual during an event is subject to ejection from the building. During performances, we ask all guests to remain seated for the duration of the performance or until an appropriate break occurs. Depending on the demographics of some events (such as concerts), standing may be accepted as normal protocol. Guests are permitted to stand in front of their assigned seats. Some entertainers will instruct Revolution Place staff not to ask anyone to sit down during their performance. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted and may result in ejection from the building.
Unacceptable behaviours include, but are not limited to, the following:
To enforce these policies, Revolution Place Guest Services Members are located throughout the building during all events. Those who observe other patrons violating these policies should report the incident to the nearest building representative.
Revolution Place has the right to address inappropriate behaviour and failure to do so may result in eviction. Ejected patrons will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
Whistle Policy - As a courtesy to your fellow ticket holders during Grande Prairie Storm and other sporting events, we ask that you do not walk around in the seating area until there is a stoppage in play.
Crystal Catering is the exclusive caterer at Revolution Place. They offer a wide range of traditional and specialty food in convenient locations for our patrons' enjoyment.
Cash, debit or credit cards are accepted at all concession stands.
Drinking fountains are located in the main lobby, south east arena of Revolution Arena, Bowes Family Gardens.
Revolution Arena is equipped with one (1) elevator located on the east side of the venue. This elevator is available for guest with disabilities and mobility challenges.
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest Revolution Place Guest Services member.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION AND EXITS
Emergency exits are located throughout Revolution Place and are clearly marked in red. Revolution Place Guest Services members have been trained in proper procedures for emergency response and will assist you in safely evacuating the premises.

EXIT AND NO RE-ENTRY POLICY
Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket may be available for events hosted at Revolution Place and the Grande Prairie Storm hockey games. Events/concerts may chose a “no re-entry” policy at their discretion.
Revolution Place personnel are available to assist any guest in need. In the arena, medics are located at Section “G” on the North side. There are medical personnel on staff at all Revolution Place events.
At each Grande Prairie Storm game, a lucky fan has the opportunity to go home with winnings from the 50/50 draw. The 50/50 draw is a fundraiser for the Grande Prairie Storm hockey club.
Fans with food allergies or medical conditions which require specific types of food and beverage will be permitted to bring their own food and beverage into the facility. Please call the Box Office at 780-538-0387 to inquire about exceptions to Revolution Place’s outside food and beverage policy.
Our concession stands sell peanuts and other nut products throughout the building. Revolution Place does not have areas free from nut products and as a result, we recommend that those with nut allergies exercise extreme caution if attending events.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
No outside food and beverage is permitted in Revolution Place.

Guest Services Members is located throughout the venue during all events.
Revolution Place is committed to providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Any guest in need of assistance during an event should seek a Guest Services Member.
Assisted Listening devices are available at the Revolution Place Box Office for patrons who have a hearing impairment. A deposit with credit card is required.
LOST AND FOUND
Items found before, during or after an event should be turned into Revolution Place Box Office. Items will be logged in by our Lost and Found Department and kept for 30 days. Items may be donated to charity or disposed of at the discretion of the building management after 30 days. To check for a lost item, please call 780-538-0387
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
Season tickets for Grande Prairie Storm games that are lost or left at home may be replaced at the Revolution Place Box Office, provided we can verify the ticket holder and seat location. A fee of $10.00 per ticket reprint may apply. Ticket replacement policies for various events may differ. Please contact the Box Office 780-538-0387 with questions.
LOST PARENTS/FOUND CHILDREN
If you notice a lost child or if you become separated from your child, please contact a Revolution Place Guest Services member immediately for assistance. Found children will be taken to the Revolution Place Box Office located in the main lobby.
Parking is available on a limited event-by-event basis. Revolution Place parking lots are located on the west, south and east sides of the venue.
Revolution Place does not have any public telephones on site. In the case of an emergency, please go to the Box Office.
Pucks flying into spectator areas can cause serious injury. Please be alert in spectator areas. If you are injured, please notify a staff member immediately. Fans are welcome to keep any pucks that fly over the glass into the spectator area, however, AJHL rules prohibit interference with any game in progress. Any fan interfering with a game will be ejected from the venue.
If you have any questions or concerns before or after an event, please call our Box Office at 780-538-0387. If you have questions or concerns during the event, please seek the nearest Guest Services member located throughout the venue.
RANDOM NUMBER TICKET LINE-UP - CONCERTS AND EVENTS
The random number ticket line up is in effect at Revolution Place. It begins one hour prior to a concert or show on sale. Everyone in line at Revolution Place Box Office will be given a numbered ticket. A number is then randomly drawn and the person holding that number becomes the first person to purchase tickets for the show. The rest of the line forms numerically behind the number drawn. For example, if five numbers are distributed and #3 is drawn, the line line-up formed would be 3-4-5-1-2.
A random number ticket does not guarantee you an event ticket, only a place in line.
Anyone arriving at Revolution Place Box Office after random ticket numbers have been distributed can purchase their tickets after all random ticket draw numbers have been served.
Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into Revolution Place. These devices include, but are not limited to: IPADS/tablets, Go pros, drone video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices. Any equipment must be removed from the premises. video and audio material confiscated will be asked to be deleted.

Revolution Place has a no refund, no exchange policy on tickets for all events.
Third Party Ticketing Agents
Ticket scalpers are not recognized ticket agents of Revolution Place. If you purchase tickets from a scalper, intentionally or not, you risk being refused entry. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, Revolution Place strongly urges all patrons to purchase their tickets from Revolution Place Box Office and not to patronize ticket brokers or scalpers. Validity of scalped tickets cannot be confirmed by Revolution Place. Guests may not re-sell or give away tickets at any price on Revolution Place property.

For hockey games at Revolution Arena, the seating capacity is 2939. For all other events, the seating capacity is dependent on the set-up of the event.
Revolution Place Guest Services is managed in-house with a staff that provides professional protection for the facilities, guests and performers. All guests entering Revolution Place maybe subject to a non-invasive search of their belongings, as well as persons. All bags and purses may also be searched.
In compliance with the City of Grande Prairie, AB. Revolution Place is a smoke free facility. Violators will be ejected from the building immediately. Guests wishing to smoke may do so outside Revolution Place 5 meters from any door or air intake. This policy includes all vapourless and e-cigarettes., alcohol may not be taken outside while you smoke.
Celebrate a birthday, engagement, anniversary or other special occasion with a special message on the score clock. You will need to contact the Grande Prairie Storm 780-539-4919. All announcements need to be made 48 hours prior to game time.
STANDING DURING EVENTS
Revolution Place requests all guests remain seated during events. Depending on the demographics of the event (such as concerts), standing may be accepted as normal protocol. Guests are permitted to stand if the majority of the audience is doing the same. Some entertainers will instruct Revolution Place staff to not ask anyone to sit down during their performance. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted and may result in ejection from the event.
Guests may not bring strollers/car seats to events in Revolution Place. The only exception is trade shows.
SUITE RENTALS AND SALES

During hockey games, a cooler building temperature is maintained to keep a suitable ice surface for play. For other events where the ice is covered with an insulated sub-floor, the building temperature will vary. Many hockey fans have found the best manner of dress is layered clothing.
Prepaid tickets purchased over the telephone or internet can be picked up at the Will Call window located in the main lobby of Revolution Place on the day of the event or anytime during regular Box Office Hours . Photo identification and the original credit card used to purchase the tickets are required for pick-up.
