AmalgamationThe City of Grande Prairie is inviting its neighbouring municipalities into a conversation about how we can enhance the region for everyone’s benefit. That’s the ultimate outcome of the discussion that we have embarked upon. There will be many opportunities for residents of all affected municipalities to join in the conversation and to voice their input. We look forward to hearing from everyone.

 Alberta Municipal Governance Symposium

The City of Grande Prairie, the City of Cold Lake and the Town of Grande Cache presented the Alberta Municipal Governance Symposium on Sept. 5, 2014 in Grande Prairie. The event explored various forms of governance and attracted more than 200 participants.
