What is the Citizen Contact Centre Survey? cccsurvey

The survey was created to collect feedback from residents on their experience interacting with Citizen Contact Centre since its launch in November 2014.

Feedback received will be used to improve service delivery and explore growth opportunities. 

What will I be asked?

The survey asks residents to give feedback on their experience interacting with the Contact Centre by phone, on the official City of Grande Prairie's Facebook and Twitter pages or through CityofGP.com/Report-Issues (See-Click-Fix).

You will be asked to evaluate the quality of service you received and given the opportunity to provide feedback on how service could be improved.

How long will it take?

The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and will be available until October 30.
