The Request for Information (RFI) form is initially mailed to the property owners by an assessor.

Here you can find fillable forms that allow property owners to easily complete and return the form via email to the appropriate assessor.

This information is required by The City of Grande Prairie under section 295 of the Municipal Government Act; 

295(1) "A person must provide on request of the assessor, any information necessary for the assessor to carry out the duties and responsibilities of an assessor under part 9 to 12 and the regulations."
