Residential Snow Plowing Continues – Tuesday, Jan. 20 On Tuesday, crews will be plowing residential roads in Patterson Place, South Patterson, Cornerstone, Country Club West, Country Club Estates, Summerside, Countryside South, Countryside North and Signature Falls. Residents are reminded to keep their vehicles off the road so crews can clear the snow. Work on Priority 2 Roads Ongoing Crews continue with the picking up of windrows on Priority 2 (bus routes and collector) Roads,” says Robert Carroll Transportation Services Manager. Plowing of Priority 2 and Priority 3 Roads Continues – Wednesday, Jan. 14 City crews continue with the clearing and picking up of windrows on Priority 2 Bus Routes and collectors as well as on Priority 3 Industrial Roads. Crews also continue with removing piles in City-owned parking lots.

Snow Removal Update - Jan. 12
Due to the most recent dump of snow to hit the area, City crews worked throughout the weekend clearing Priority 1 (Main) Roads. “Our focus over the weekend was to keep our main roads passable and our intersections sanded,” says, Robert Carroll, Transportation Manager for the City. “Crews are now moving onto Priority 2 Bus Routes and collectors today and will continue plowing and picking up windrows on these roads for the remainder of the week.”

Residential Snow Plowing Wrap Up With 98% of all neighbourhoods completed, today marks the wrap up of this week’s Residential Snow Plowing Service. For residential streets that did not get completed this week, they will be finished up on the next snow plow day as it can take up to 2 snow plow days, 2 weeks, to complete a neighbourhood.
