Mayoral Candidates Results:
Former Mayor Bill Given was re-elected Mayor of the City tonight with 6,194 vote beating Gladys Blackmore with 2,290 votes.

Councillor Candidates Results:
Leading the polls was Councillor Lorne Radbourne with 5,582, followed by Chris Thiessen who had 4,558 votes. Councillor Helen Rice had 4,377 votes and Councillor Kevin O’Toole received 4,189. Dwight Logan came in at 4,157 votes, Jackie Clayton trailing with 3,835 votes. Rounding up the pack were Councillor Kevin McLean with 3,483 and Rory Tarant snatched up the eighth seat with 3,412 votes.

Four running incumbent City Council members were re-elected.
