Snow Removal Crews Take Advantage of Warm Weather.
Posted Date: 2/13/2018
City snow removal crews took advantage of today’s warm weather by clearing ice and snow with plow trucks. Sections of snow and ice were previously hard, compact and could only be removed with grader during extreme cold weather.

Cold temperatures are expected overnight and icy sections are anticipated. Drivers are reminded to drive to the conditions and be aware of their surroundings.

Residential Snow Removal

On Wednesday, February 14, residential snow removal crews will be plowing roads in Avondale, College Park, Swanavon, Highland Park, Smith, Cobblestone and Riverstone.

The City expects all residential areas to be plowed by this Friday.

Windrow Removal
Windrows on priority 2 roads are scheduled to be cleared by this Friday. Windrows in residential areas and priority 3 areas will begin to be cleared next week.
