Enforcement Services Continue to Search for Dog Responsible for Attack on June 5
Posted Date: 6/21/2018
Grande Prairie Enforcement Services are still actively searching for the unaccounted dog responsible for a serious attack on June 5.

Enforcement Services continue to investigate the incident and have also engaged other agencies such as the RCMP and County Enforcement.

A dog of similar description has been reported by public in the rural area east of Grande Prairie in the Carriage Lane Subdivision area. Officers continue to follow up on all dog at large calls that match the description of the outstanding pit bull and have deployed live catch traps on the east side of Grande Prairie.

If public encounters a tan and white pit bull type dog, do not approach or try to catch the animal. Enforcement Services urges public to call 780-830-5790 immediately if they see a similar dog.
