Snow Removal Efforts Ramp-Up, Parking Ban Declared

City snow clearing crews were sanding and plowing over the weekend.

Currently, City crews continue to clear snow from all arterial roads through out the city (priority 1 roads). Once this is complete, crews will move onto clearing collector roads (priority 2 roads). Both priority 1 and 2 routes are displayed in the below map.

City maintained sidewalks and trails are also being cleared. A round of residential snow removal has not been initiated.

Parking Bans
Parking bans

have been declared to begin on Tuesday, November 6. The parking ban requires vehicles to be removed from the road side on all permanent snow removal routes (priority 2 routes) from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.


Snow removal crews are able to plow snow safely and efficiently when vehicles are removed from the side of the road.
