Compensation

The City of Grande Prairie offers a comprehensive compensation package, designed to meet the needs of our employees and their families. While the rates of pay for unionized employees are reached through the bargaining process, our non-union employees are governed by our compensation management process which involves periodic salary reviews to ensure competitiveness.
