Why aren't the new route changes on Google Transit?

When we implement new route changes to Google Transit - Google goes through an extensive testing process to ensure that the information provided is up to their standards. This process can take anywhere from two to four weeks. If you need assistance with a trip pertaining to Route 6, or any other new changes please phone the Transit Info Line at 780-538-0337.

Our Service

We provide service 7 days a week.  Our routes run from 5:30 am to 10:15 pm Monday through Friday with a condensed service on the weekends.

Transit Maps available on Buses

GP Transit Rider's Guides are available on all Transit Buses and at all Transit Pass & Ticket Sales Outlets.

Charles Spencer & St. Joseph High Schools

GP Transit will be providing a northeast bus and a southeast bus that will provide students another means of transportation to and from school.

Service Interruptions

Our fleet tries to maintain an accurate schedule, however sometimes we encounter delays due to a high
volume of traffic, construction and weather. Check to see if your route is being affected by a major delay on
our Service Interruptions page.

Route 6 Change - Effective March 09th, 2015

Effective March 09th, 2015 - GP Transit will be adjusting a portion of our Route 6 to accommodate the re-location of Service Canada. Please see attached map for details. Current Bus Stops will be re-located across the street from current location. Schedule is not effected by these changes. Please be at Bus Stops 632, 634, 636, 638 for :57 after the hour during regular service & :27 after the hour during peak service.
