INVITATION TO TENDER

Sealed tenders will be received at the office of the Purchasing Department, up to 2:00:00 P.M., (local time), Thursday, March 22, 2018 for the following project:

Tender proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. Submissions can be hand delivered, couriered or mailed. The submission must be marked clearly on the outside with the Tender name and number.

A mandatory Bidders’ Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, March 8, at 1:30 PM at the Coca-Cola Centre, 6 Knowledge Way, Grande Prairie, Alberta.  Pertinent information regarding this Tender may be conveyed at this meeting, attendance is mandatory.  Only Bidders who have attended the mandatory site meeting will be eligible to submit a bid.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
