The Alberta Secretariat for Action on Homelessness (ASAH) is visiting several cities who are underway with plans to address homelessness. Representatives were in Grande Prairie Thursday and Friday and among the stops they made was a tour of Hearthstone Manor, the City’s 40-unit affordable housing complex, due for opening in September.

Bill Given. The ASAH representatives met with several groups to provide information about the agency and to learn what is working well as well as the challenges, issues and barriers for communities in dealing with homelessness.
