The City of Grande Prairie, in partnership with the Community Advisory Board on Housing and Homelessness (CABH), is inviting qualified applicants to submit an application for a vulnerable persons daytime and extreme weather program.  This Request for Application is seeking person-centered, trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and recovery-oriented supports for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, including youth aged 17-24 and the urban Indigenous population. It is the intent of the City that Organizations should be capable of operating programs seven days a week with preferred summer hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm and winter hours of 8:00am to 7:00pm. Building occupancy is approximately 50 people in a city owned building.
