Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic response, the City on 99 Facility is currently closed to public access to limit the spread of COVID-19 to critical service staff. Enforcement Services programs are still available and easy to access online, over the phone, or via email. If online access is not an option for you, contact us via phone for alternate arrangements.
In person service for Chauffeur Permitting is now by appointment only.
Office Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Closed for lunch 12:00 - 1:00 and on statutory holidays.
