Our department

Communications and Citizen Engagement helps the City of Grande Prairie maintain a positive image through various communication and marketing initiatives including fostering an internal communications culture and ensuring consistent and accurate messaging and marketing of the City.

Input from the public is received biannually with the 2015 Citizen Satisfaction Survey. Respondents rate City services, quality of life and satisfaction with the municipality.

The 2015 - 2018 Business Plan outlines the vision, mission, operating philosophy, key services and focus areas.
