Corporate Web Management is a business unit that provides services, oversight and strategic advice to the City in relation to digital communication.
Responsibilities include the management of the City’s digital channels such as websites, social media and online services. They oversee the development and maintenance of online communication, content and digital engagement strategies.
This business unit works across all City departments with regards to:
- Corporate communications tool management (websites, social media and online services).
- Development and execution of online communication and citizen engagement strategies.
- Website administration, analytics tracking and traffic analysis.
- Content management and rich media development (text, graphics, video).
- Support and education for City staff regarding online communication and engagement.
- Management and oversight of the City’s online presence.
