As the City of Grande Prairie transitions to an improved online reporting system, the non-emergency online reporting system, SeeClickFix, will no longer be utilized for report submissions beginning May 1, 2021. The new integrated customer portal is anticipated to be available this summer following quality assurance testing and implementation.
