Starting July 27, the City of Grande Prairie’s mudjacking project is underway in the Cobblestone, Pinnacle Ridge, O’Brien Lake, and Westpointe neighbourhoods.
Mudjacking involves concrete lifting and leveling of city sidewalks, curb, and gutters in front of residences. The work takes approximately 1-3 hours at each location; sidewalks will be unavailable while repairs are being done.
Crews are also completing joint and crack sealing, which takes approximately eight hours for the repairs to properly set. Vehicles will not be permitted in the area until the end of the setting period. These areas will be properly marked and flagged.
