Development Permit $150.00
Commercial: Minimum of $220.00/ha to a maximum of $1100.00
Building Permit Fee: This fee is established from the cost of construction
Electrical Permit Fee: This fee is based from the cost of installation
Safety Code Permits include a Safety Code Levy remitted to the Province.
Once a complete application is received, all permits will be issued within 2- 7 business days.
In the event a variance is required for an addition, timelines may extend up to 25 days.
