What is Cold Storage?

Cold Storage is an unheated structure used mainly for storage. There would not be any heat, possibly no electricity and would be classed as low human occupancy.

Do I need a Building Permit?

Yes, all Cold Storage requires a Building Permit.

Do I need a Subtrade Permit?

In addition to a building permit, an electrical, plumbing or gas permit will be required if the scope of the proposed project requires any of these services. 

Do I need a Development Permit?

Yes, all Cold Storage requires a Development Permit.

Do I need a Lot Grading Permit?
