The Memorial Bench & Tree program is an excellent way to remember a loved one or event.

Fees and Timelines

New Bench = $2310

Existing Bench = $346.50

Tree = $1386

**Note: Due to fatal pests approaching or in the City of Grande Prairie, the following tree species are not available to install as Memorial Trees: birch, mayday, ash, elm, Swedish columnar aspen, tower poplar, and Colorado spruce.  Please contact Parks Operations at info@cityofgp.com for recommendations on tree species suitable for our area.

You can email your application to info@cityofgp.com. A City representative will be in contact with you for payment.

Fee Update Notice

Fees and rates will be updated effective January 1, 2026.

Some forms may not reflect the new fees.
