Land Use Bylaw Amendment C-1260-166

Council passed Bylaw C-1260-166, being an amendment to the Land Use Bylaw, making Offices, Major and Minor permitted uses in the General Industrial District.

There are no anticipated land use conflicts as there are currently offices in industrial areas within the City without notable issues. The proposed change may also support infill development in older industrial areas.
