Integrated Coordinated Access is a process that ties together hundreds of independent programs, organizations, and services in Grande Prairie into a coordinated system to serve us all better and more efficiently.  Over 100 communities have undertaken similar efforts, including Calgary, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge and Abbotsford.

The initiative will involve a series of community consultations, an online public survey, and the rollout of a streamlined system of coordinated access to support. Integrated Coordinated Access will improve citizens’ knowledge about where and how to access help when they need it, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the supports network in Grande Prairie.

Community Consultations

Community Consultations are an opportunity for people to get together and come up with ideas based on a variety of areas of expertise. These consultations will be hosted at a variety of times and locations across the community.
